steering is so sensitive at high speed

Question

i use a logitech g29 with standard input of unity, the sensitivity is 1 (if i change it it decreases the range of the wheel)
but the steering in the game is so sensitive that i can take some kind of tight turns on about 130 kmh just by turning the g29 about 3 degrees only. how can i decrease this effect on high speeds?

You may use the Steering Limit feature in the Steering Aids section of the Vehicle Controller. This feature reduces the steering range with the speed. Configure it to Custom, then test different Custom Slip values until you get a proper feeling. I haven't tested it, but I'd try values between 10-20.

A future update in the tire friction model should improve this without having to use the steering aids.
