In most cars when i spinning while taking a corner at low speed on 1th gear it change gear up and the car almost dies and then it gear down again and start to spin and gear up to die again and it keep doing that forever untill you going straight again

If you drifting/spinning/burnout in a corner at low speed and high rpm, the car should not gear up to 2nd gear so the rpm goes under "gear down" rpm because of the low speed, that's why it dies of and put the 1th gear in and start to spin again just to do the same gear change again.

Configure the setting VP Vehicle Controller > Gearbox > 2ng Gear Min Speed.

This value in m/s is the minimum speed required for the gearbox to gear up to 2nd gear. When the car speed is below that value, the first gear keeps engaged allowing drifting/burnouts/etc.

In Automatic transmission this setting is named Next Gear Min Speed.
