So I've already checked the can stall box and using friction disc with manual transmission. Also, the auto shift is off. Then I'm entering the first gear without engaging clutch pedal. In the real vehicle, the engine should be stall and should be off, but mine was not, the car is always running the engine and keep running, how can I stall the engine and turn off the engine when I do not press the clutch pedal for the first gear?

The engine seems to have enough torque at idle rpm to keep the engine running even in that situation. You should reduce the torque at the idle rpm point:

Note that modifying this value may require to reconfigure the other torque-rpm values as well to preserve the Engine specifications.

As an example of engine stall you may check out the JPickup Demo included in VPP:

  1. Open the scene JPickup Demo and play it.
  2. Click the wrench icon and choose these settings:
    • Transmission: Manual
    • Coupling: Clutch
    • Engine Stall: ON
  3. Ensure Neutral is engaged an start the engine.
  4. Engage first gear without pressing any pedal. The engine stalls.
Note that the engine also stalls if you press the clutch pedal but you release it too abruptly.
