Control RPM independently of speed

Hello, I want to implement driving of a tractor.

But with this vehicle, I have to set an engine speed in RPM without relationship with advance speed. For example, I can have 2000 RPM and drive from 0 to 5 km/h without changing my RPM.

Is it possible and how ?

Yes, it is possible. There are many factors involved in different possible ways, but these are the main point is configuring the Clutch as Torque Converter:

For example, the Sport Coupe included in the demo scenes has a similar behavior. When the Clutch configured as Torque Converter, engaging the 1st gear slowly accelerates to a very slow speed without noticeably changing its rpm. This behavior configured with the parameter Lock Ratio Bias in the Torque Converter section.
