Can i use the free VPP in my commercial game along with models?

I want to know if I can use the free Community edition in my commercial game, also with the assets and resources included in it: cars, scenario, etc.

Yes, everything included in the package is permitted to use in your commercial game. Just ensure to comply with the Asset Store EULA (i.e. you may use the car models in your games but you cannot resale or redistribute them directly).
